Agency fees and responsabilities

Only Mallorca always recommends that the legal and especially the building law situation be checked by a specialist lawyer. All information published online or offline is based exclusively on information provided to Only Mallorca by the sellers or clients. Only Mallorca assumes no liability for the completeness, correctness and timeliness of this information. Errors and prior sale are reserved.  The taxes incurred during the purchase, as well as the notary and the land register costs are to be borne by the buyer. The brokerage fee is at the expense of the seller. Our fees are 5% plus VAT on the final sales price of the property.
